 | | Cassie came back from her cruise today.
After 4 long days,
of which I'm extremely jealous, Cassie came home tired but extremely pleased
with her trip. On the first day, the Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship docked in
Nassau, a friendly tourist dependant city. There Cassie found gifts for
the family, a magnet, bracelet and wooden flute, and a colorful necklace for
herself. Leaving port well into the morning, the ship next went to
Cococay, the company's private island. There the vacationers spent the day
on the clear water beach, eating BBQed hotdogs, hamburgers and ribs, compliments
of the captain. On the last day, the ship basically drifted at sea while
Cassie was able to enjoy the ship's entertainment of dancers, comedians, game
shows, sports or simply lounging in the sun. The best part of the trip
though, as most cruises are known for, was of course the food. A wide
array of delicacies that most people either are afraid or can't afford, to try
when dining out. It also helped that a person could have as much of
anything on the menu as they wanted. If one did not like their first dish,
they simply put it aside and tried another. Maybe that was a waste of
food, but hey, its vacation. Home finally, with presents, 4 rolls of film,
and a love for vol'au'vent, Cassie was overall happy with her trip.
