Books are one of my vices. Novels, gardening books, and
cookbooks. Barnes and Nobles has a
large selection of books online. In the evenings I like to unwind and read a
novel. Some of my favorite authors
are: Nora Roberts, Sandra Brown, and John Grisham. I have been known to
stay up all
night with a good book. If you are an Orange County resident,
you can reserve books on line and they will deliver them to your door free of
charge. Gardening books provide you with the information and ideas you
need to enhance your home and garden. For an easy-to-use, information-packed
book that has no-nonsense gardening how-to and beautiful ideas, read Better
Homes and Gardens "New Complete Guide to Gardening". Within
this book, you will learn lawn & plant care, gardening techniques, and

I have several collections of cookbooks. One of my collections is a Southern Living
series. They have a wide selection of cookbooks; desserts, main courses,
and low fat cooking are just a few. They also have a Christmas cookbook
every year. Southern living publishes many delicious recipes.
Another collection I started many years ago is Jeff Smiths cookbooks. He
has several good cookbooks, "Cooking with Wine", "The Frugal
Gourmet", and "Jeff Smith Cooks Three Ancient Cuisines". The third and last collection I will talk about is a
Latin cookbook collection. Some wonderful Latin books are; Puerto Rican
Cookery by Carmen Aboy Valldejuli, Miami Spice by Steven Raichlen and Puerto
Rican Cuisine in America by; Oswald Rivera. Check out my cooking page for
